I managed to run OpenWrt on my Xbox 360.
(EDIT: For those who don't know, OpenWrt is an open-source operating system for network routers. In theory, it might also be possible to use an Xbox 360 as a Wi-Fi access point.)

Nintendo really needs to add achievements/trophies to their platform. Other gaming platforms have had it forever.
Nintendo not having achievements discourages me from playing games on their platform if a game is available elsewhere.

One could argue that by moving from one DRM-restricted walled garden like PlayStation or Xbox to Steam is not a real solution since Steam is the same in that one does not truly own their purchases, you’re only buying a license to play the game.
Everyone trusts Valve now, but remember when everyone was up in arms about Xbox not allowing for the reselling of game discs? Remember Sony’s brutal video on how to share games on PS4 using discs? Everyone celebrated and trusted Sony then, now 13 years later?
I don’t work for GOG, but I do think they are doing things right for gamers — selling games that are DRM-free and come with offline installers. This way when I buy a game, I own the game. They might not have the latest AAA titles, but games that were fun before are still fun today — and the benefit is that they’re cheaper and fully patched up.
Let’s not keep supporting businesses that don’t let us own what we buy digitally.
