Hi, I’m Michael, Storm’s human. I’m a graphic designer, musician, and student working toward my bachelor’s in graphic design marketing. I made this page to share more of my life, not to sell my work. Short new #introduction

Hello everyone being moved over from my old kolektiva account (the happy leftist), and to all the new people following us because we posted some cute ducks yesterday. Just wanted to let you all know that sometimes I post nudes (always with CW), sometimes we share TMI about the weirdness happening inside our head (we're an AuDHD system), sometimes we go off on political rants, and almost always we post too many memes. Mostly stolen but sometimes I make them.

i'm religious in the Methodist #Christian philosophy sense, which means i can be tolerant and accept science. i'm a #TTRPG fanatic. and a software engineer by trade in the midwest.

A new #Introduction for my 1-year anniversary on Mastodon. I find Mastodon much more welcoming than those corporate owned social media platforms. I’m currently working on a new project: cupertino.social - a future home for the Apple community here on the decentralized web.

I’m building this because I believe we need a space that combines the elegance of the Apple ecosystem with the ethical soul of the Fediverse. A place for those who love the "Unix heart" of their devices and value privacy as a fundamental right.

We are currently "under construction," fine-tuning the infrastructure (strictly European-hosted and independent!) to ensure a smooth, clean, and respectful experience.

I think it's time for a re-introduction!

Hello fediverse! I am an admin for Veganism.Social, VoIP engineer, sim-racer with @ethixracing, gamer, foodie, and long-time ethical vegan. I'm originally from South Florida, but now living in the Orlando area as of 2020. I'm usually not a very social person, but I'm trying to change that! I want to make a difference in the world, and one person cannot do that alone, so connecting with others is essential.

My political and ethical views are all centered around equality, compassion, and environmental protection. I am anti-capitalist, but I also understand that it's impossible in the current state of society to avoid participating in it. So I try to make the best decisions I can with the options given to me in order to minimize the harm it causes.

Humans and animals all over the world are facing troubling times, and thinking about it has taken a massive toll on my mental health. Now, I am trying to focus my efforts on things that I can change, rather than spreading myself too thin and not helping at all. This doesn't mean I'm ignoring all of the other suffering, but simply trying to prioritize based on what is within my reach.

Thank you for taking the time to read, and if you feel like we have something in common, give a follow! I look forward to meeting like-minded individuals and organizations that seek to make the world a better place!

Hi, I’m Randy, and I’ve been playing synthesizers for over 50 years. I was the first student to show up at Brown University with a synthesizer (an ARP 2600) back in ’73.

I was born in Alaska, grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and moved to Rhode Island in ’73, where I’ve been ever since.

My primary synthesizers include a C15 from Nonlinear Labs in Berlin, and an Expressive E Osmose from France.

I love my guitars, too … a .strandberg* electric, and a gorgeous Saers classical.

Randy again … I have two long-term projects in progress:

• my studio has been upgraded to 7.1.6 Dolby Atmos. I’m still working out the kinks of actually delivering the format, and not just routing audio to 14 channels … although that’s fantastic on its own!

• I’m prepping the infrastructure and repertoire to get out and perform live in 5.1 surround audio. That C15 synth will be my main axe.

Wonder kitty Lola Falafel has blessed our home for over two years. True love.

I've been here since the 2022 Great Twitter Exodus, and I've apparently never posted an #introduction, so…
I'm a #GenX techie who's lived in #Boston since the late 80's.
My 15 minutes of fame were being fired by #DOGE from #USDS early in 2025 and sounding the alarm in every media outlet that'd listen since nobody else was doing it. I'm not a fan of limelight, so I stopped when others took up the baton.
My politics are aggressively progressive and antifascist, and I post about them a lot.
