在我新鲜的迷迭香死亡的第二天。
我吃上了的牛排。​​
还好我有仙剑之明炸了迷迭香蒜油。​​
买了块大概m7-9的牛小排。
还是上次烤牛排的温度。
首先先用盐，黑胡椒，油（橄榄油/没有风味的油，这里我有迷迭香蒜油我就加这个）腌制10-15分钟
空气炸锅200摄氏度13-14分钟（这是全熟的事件，11-12分左右是八分熟左右，以此往下），中间8分钟的时候翻面一次加黄油。
出来就是这个效果啦，这是我！吃过自己做的最好吃的牛排！！​​

我买的这个调料包不是很辣，味道非常好。
买了一条桂花鱼，最好是鲈鱼但是没得卖了。让卖鱼的帮你解一下骨腩和肉分开
(好吧如果北方菜市场没有这个业务也可以自己动手，丰衣足食)
不要买冷冻的买现杀的，不然非常难吃。
回家把鱼切片。
按照调料包指示操作就可以。
虽然没有外面卖相好(广东省省兜暗示)
也没啥辣椒，但还是很好吃的。

​​皮蛋捣椒吃起来太爽了。
好好满足了我这个皮蛋脑袋。
做起来也简单。
直接生皮蛋挖一点虎皮椒酱（喜欢辣可以多加！）一点陈醋（中和一下碱味）有条件可以加点蒸熟的茄子。
捣碎皮蛋就能吃​​
如果怕生皮蛋可以蒸熟了再捣碎

今天午饭非常的营养素。
优质脂肪，蛋白质，维生素，钠。
战斗结束。
（主要是昨天放纵餐吃的有点多，今天吃清淡些）
番茄是面酱，用煎鸡蛋剩下的油，一个番茄切碎，加了一些盐，黑胡椒，酱油，一汤匙亨利番茄酱。
不用加水，不停翻炒碾碎番茄。
番茄变成浆糊了就可以了​​
