皮蛋捣椒吃起来太爽了。
好好满足了我这个皮蛋脑袋。
做起来也简单。
直接生皮蛋挖一点虎皮椒酱（喜欢辣可以多加！）一点陈醋（中和一下碱味）有条件可以加点蒸熟的茄子。
捣碎皮蛋就能吃
如果怕生皮蛋可以蒸熟了再捣碎

今天午饭非常的营养素。
优质脂肪，蛋白质，维生素，钠。
战斗结束。
（主要是昨天放纵餐吃的有点多，今天吃清淡些）
番茄是面酱，用煎鸡蛋剩下的油，一个番茄切碎，加了一些盐，黑胡椒，酱油，一汤匙亨利番茄酱。
不用加水，不停翻炒碾碎番茄。
番茄变成浆糊了就可以了
