Strawberry season is getting into the swing of things now!
True to my roots, we have exclusively grown Hoods, so we have a short, intense season. We've been struggling with degraded soil the last couple of years. Last summer we dug them out, replaced the beds, and replanted. They are quite happy so far!
I don't like the fact that they're promising colder weather, I'm running out of space and someone may have to go play ouside whether they like it or not 😁

Our club is at a breaking point. We've been renting land for our youth farming project, but rent piled up for over 5 months. We took loans just to clear that debt, and we're still fighting to keep up with rent every month.
