<p>Migrated from <a href="https://activitypub.software/TransFem-org/Sharkey" rel="nofollow">Sharkey</a> to <a href="https://gotosocial.org/" rel="nofollow">GoToSocial</a>, because I wanted something more light-weight and less feature-rich (though I do have to say that Sharkey is excellent and has tons of features and control. I highly recommend it to somebody who really wants a lot from their Fediverse software). I probably sent out some unnecessary notifications by mistake while backloading my posts. Sorry about that.</p><p>I wrote <a href="https://forge.axfive.net/Taylor/migrate-sharkey-posts-to-mastodon" rel="nofollow">this python script</a> for doing the actual backloading. <p>I really need a peertube instance or two to join. Anyone know of any per-existing instances I could upload gameplay and video-essay type stuff? </p><p>Most seem to be subject dependent and because they&#x27;re indie-funded available storage space is very limited. </p><p>I don&#x27;t mind a setup where I pay a certain amount for server space, I just don&#x27;t want to go through the hassle of self-hosting, and the few management services I saw were very diverse price-wise so I&#x27;m unsure what fair rates are.</p><p>Thanks!</p><p><a href="/tags/peertube/" rel="tag">#peertube</a> <a href="/tags/fediverse/" rel="tag">#fediverse</a></p>
