<p>O documentário Amanhã Vai Ser Maior está no Fediverso!</p><p>Participei da produção de um documentário sobre a violência policial sofrida por estudantes catarinenses por causa das manifestações o aumento das tarifas de transporte público em Florianópolis em 2005. A edição foi feita no calor dos protestos, de forma colaborativa por cinegrafistas e comunicadores independentes que juntaram seus registros em uma narrativa eletrizante. Entre as gravações, tem alguma coisa minhas, mas o que mais me orgulha na obra – além do valor histórico, é claro – foi a trilha sonora, que eram os MP3 que eu carregava no meu celular na época ;-}</p><p>Por conta dos 20 anos da produção e das manifestações, a <a href="https://linktr.ee/tarifazerofloripa" rel="nofollow">Campanha pela Tarifa Zero em Floripa</a> realizou uma <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DFqbpIQP9Qj/" rel="nofollow">projeção e debate sobre o vídeo no dia 4 de fevereiro</a>, que contou com a minha participação, do Vinícius Moscão (que editou e também coproduziu o vídeo) e da Flora, que era militante do Movimento Passe Livre na época.</p><p>Também para marcar o período e para divulgar campanha pela Tarifa Zero em Florianópolis – que hoje (17/2), apresentou um <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DGDSghOxDbk/" rel="nofollow">Projeto de Lei popular de transporte público gratuito na cidade –</a> um perfil de divulgação as produções audiovisuais do Grupo Expressão Sarcástica (meu saudoso coletivo nos anos 2000), lançou o documentário Amanhã Vai Ser Maior no <a href="https://alquimidia.org/fediverso/" rel="nofollow">Fediverso</a>. <p>Fediverse is still the most lively social network I have ever used, since MySpace in 2003. It is better than Twitter or any commercial social media platform ever was. Absolutely love being here.</p><p>The most profound thing about it is the international coverage. After the first wave of enshittification in 2010, algorithms took over, and suddenly as a polyglot I was labeled as Finnish. No more visible international posts, people only saw the Finnish ones.</p><p>I've noticed the same effect in commercial AI. It ignores the fact that I use English online 99% of the time and still replies to me in Finnish despite all instructions. Algorithms and AI label you. They assign you a language, a status, a certain type of person. There's no changing that.</p><p>The Fediverse and Mastodon are delightfully mine, yours, and truly open source - respecting privacy. Nobody's machine can tell you, "You are this, and this is why we do that."</p><p>Fuck labelers and the fog machines. Let me be me. <p>Just learned some frankly disconcerting stuff, accounts on <a href="/tags/private/" rel="tag">#private</a> <a href="/tags/socialmedia/" rel="tag">#SocialMedia</a> <a href="/tags/platforms/" rel="tag">#platforms</a> that have more than 10,000 followers actually get paid. </p><p>This makes me sad. </p><p>But also glad that I am dedicated to the <a href="/tags/fediverse/" rel="tag">#fediverse</a>, <a href="/tags/mastodon/" rel="tag">#mastodon</a> in particular.</p><p>I don’t say shit for clicks nor $$$$.</p><p>I am dedicated to the desimination of true factual <a href="/tags/information/" rel="tag">#information</a>.</p><p>I see the <a href="/tags/farright/" rel="tag">#FarRight</a> <a href="/tags/nazi/" rel="tag">#Nazi</a> <a href="/tags/propaganda/" rel="tag">#propaganda</a> <a href="/tags/disinformation/" rel="tag">#disinformation</a> campaign for what it is, & I hope to be a rock in the road on the way to their <a href="/tags/tyranny/" rel="tag">#tyranny</a>.</p><p>🤷🏼♀️</p>

<p>Here is a preview design for a (business) card promoting the Fediverse (made in Inkscape).<br> I plagiarized the idea from <span class="h-card"><a href="https://mementomori.social/@juergen_hubert" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>juergen_hubert</span></a></span> who has created card templates people can print and give out at protests.<br> Instead, i'm doing fully designed cards for more generic use. Lending my graphic design skills to the community. I will put these out as print ready files under a (non-commercial) Creative Commons license - so anyone can get a stack cheaply printed themselves to give out places or leave in coffee shops etc.<br> If there is interest, I will do a bunch of different designs, different languages, and a US size (I'm designing to EU standards). Plus maybe some stickers and posters too?<br> This particular design is my trademark 'busy with movement' style.
