Hiya Fedifolk--I'm one of the new moderator team for the #Fosstodon instance. Did I say "hi" yet? 🙃
For those who don't know me, I'm a greybeard sysadmin probably best known for work documenting, promoting, and developing tooling for the ZFS filesystem--or to some, for demystifying Wi-Fi mesh as that technology became more popular.

Hello #Fosstodon! Our instance now supports both IPv4 and #IPv6! This should also include federation with IPv6-only instances. This has been our most requested feature on Fosstodon, so we’re super excited to add this support to our community.
For anyone on toot.community (an excellent Mastodon server that is unfortunately closing), you are very welcome on #Fosstodon. Just dm me or @btp , @krisfreedain , @joel , or any of our other team members.
