<p>I really need a peertube instance or two to join. Anyone know of any per-existing instances I could upload gameplay and video-essay type stuff? </p><p>Most seem to be subject dependent and because they're indie-funded available storage space is very limited. </p><p>I don't mind a setup where I pay a certain amount for server space, I just don't want to go through the hassle of self-hosting, and the few management services I saw were very diverse price-wise so I'm unsure what fair rates are.</p><p>Thanks!</p><p><a href="/tags/peertube/" rel="tag">#peertube</a> <a href="/tags/fediverse/" rel="tag">#fediverse</a></p>

<p>Took a first look at <a href="/tags/neodb/" rel="tag">#NeoDB</a> (neodb-social, to be precise), a platform to track or review media you consume - books, games, movies, podcasts... It's interesting. But I'm also worried that the data will be a total mess - how does NeoDB ensure that a translation of a book that I want to add is linked to its original or other editions/translations? You can now quote post the daily voice lines as much as you want! 🥳</p><p>This would be noteworthy on its own if there weren't already a bunch of non-Mastodon implementations, but I'm actually late to the party.
