<p>Four stars:</p><p>We'll Prescribe You Another Cat by Syou Ishida (2023) is another collection of interconnected stories of cats and the Kokoro Clinic for the Soul.</p><p>This time it's a woman afraid of losing her boyfriend who is prescribed a trio of bengals. There's an old man and his grandson, both who stay at home far too much. There's a daughter tired of being the go between with her mother and brother, especially when the brother takes full advantage of the situation knowing he's the favorite child. <p>I've finished: Doughter from the Dark by Marina & Sergey Dyachenko</p><p>Daughter from the Dark is perhaps the opposite of a cozy found family novel. </p><p>This is a Russian novel, the universe isn't there to cuddle you. </p><p>The view point character, D.J.
