Nice costumes.

So slow that it kept putting me to sleep. It took me multiple attempts to finish.

Joyless and boring. Really tedious. Bad editing and slow pacing. Self serious and missing the campy fun of The Guyver (1991). Bad made-for-tv cinematography. Dumb MIDI soundtrack.
