An option for #Bluesky users who might be wanting to diversify their risk is to create a Wafrn account.
"Wafrn is a federated social media inspired by Tumblr that connects with both the Fediverse and Bluesky."
@gabboman reports that Wafrn has not been impacted at all by the recent #Bluesky outages.

Wafrn, a tumblr adjacent fediverse platform, has added an opt-in feature that replaces mentions of "artificial intelligence" with "cocaine" in all posts on your personal timeline. Makes for some humorous reading.
This is the fediverse I know and love. Reminds me of some of the quirky stuff people built with AiScript on Forkey platforms.
Wafrn is woke now.
If you add an attachment called "pronouns" to your profile, it will display in posts next to your username.

Always interesting to see how reply controls get implemented. Wafrn’s iOS app is pretty solid. They can be a bit intimidating depending on how they are presented.
Hey fedi, should I be using Mastodon instead of other instances? The reason that I ask is because of this: (queue image)
Not being able to see all of someone’s posts isn’t ideal, plus it seems like Mastodon is largely the most used(?)
