A female sparrow with soft, fluffy plumage sits on a slender branch. The cute little bird is looking to the right. The delicate feathers of the little bird are painted in different shades of brown with loose, soft brushstrokes. The background is painted abstractly in warm brown, purple and earthy tones.
Sparrow meeting part two is an acrylic painting in portrait format hand-painted by the artist Karen Kaspar.
This painting is part of my mini-series of three paintings - Sparrow meeting One, Two and Three. Each of these paintings shows a female sparrow sitting on a branch. Each of these pictures can be hung on its own. However, the three paintings can also be perfectly combined into a triptych and hung together on a wall for a joint sparrow meeting.

A European Robin sits on a snow-covered branch in the middle of a gentle winter scene. The bright orange breast feathers form a striking contrast to the soft, cool colours of the wintry background. Delicate branches are lightly dusted with snow, lending the scene a calm and frosty atmosphere. Soft blue and white tones fill the background and suggest a cold but calm atmosphere.

Tipp für #Vogelfreunde. Im Winter finden Vögel nicht nur wenig Futter, sondern auch wenig Wasser.

Ich biete meinen gefiederten Gästen seit letztem Jahr eine beheizte #Vogeltränke. Self-made. Letztes Jahr mit Ziegel, diesmal nutze ich eine Terracotta Ofen / Grill. Unten ein 10 Tage Grablicht.
