Some of you might have noticed I haven't posted any running post lately. We had a few grim and horrible weeks, I did manage to run with him but really didn't feel like posting. As we sadly had to say goodbye to our wonderful Mr Patrick Long Legs aka Paddy the Irish mutt. His illness took a turn and we weighed up all the options and the best one was to send him over the rainbow bridge. While he was still in a happy place.
