‘There are so many colors’

At night, I look outside, but I mostly see reflections of what's inside...

My neighbor's yard is in the lower left corner of the picture. It has a tree, a white wall, and a shed. There is also a light that stays on. Just above the wall are some trees with dark shapes, lit from behind by an office (which also has the light on often). Most of the picture, however, is filled with reflections.

On the left is my mini photo studio with different colored backgrounds and lighting. At the top are some doors that give access to storage space. There is also a large wooden beam that holds my roof together. On the right is a dark silhouette of me and in the middle is a skylight with a couch underneath.

Post-processing filters resulted in an atypical coloration. Besides black, there is a lot of green, blue, pink, yellow and orange.

I heard someone say that it was good for our health to get outside at least once each day and even better if you can be near water.
I may not be able to do this everyday, but today's dose has been administered.

A cold overcast winter day.
A snow covered bank along a creek in the woods is calm and clear. A small Evergreen tree on the bank in the foreground stands out as the one slightly bright object, while trees on the opposite bank are more in shadow and darker, except where frost has formed on a few top branches.
The reflection of those trees can be seen in the blue glass like water.

Brandywine Falls located in Whistler Canada. This was the first landscape shot I took where I felt I had made a "great" image. The large distant falls plummeting from the rock face surrounded by the moss covered stone. Leading into the river with moss covered rocks in the foreground. The cold water blue from deposits of glacial tills.
