wow, comparing the DVD i have of Star Odyssey (1979) with the tubi version and there's only 2 seconds of runtime difference but they’re 100% completely different cuts of the film seemingly using most of the same footage

A lot of the class abilities these guys have seem to be based on editing tricks.
that trap doesn't work. he just has to roll over. it'd literally pull the mace _up_.
someone _demanded_ that extended food joke scene stay in. as badly as it trainwrecks the pacing, as flat as it falls, as completely as every line in it fails to work, someone _insisted_ it had to stay. literally _every_ editor involved had to have said "this needs cut," and yet, it's still here
