Then we learn our bodies animate us.
The extent to which we depend upon and are made by them.
It’s a hard lesson—
Be kind to yourself.
Eat well.
Enjoy life.
Do your best without self-punishment or negative self-talk; embrace forgiveness—of yourself & others.
And know even then, good as you be, it can end any time.
