I'm always happy to see a new face in Shotaland, ready to make sure they have a wonderful first impression!
They deserve to feel at home the second they cross that border! And as the leader of Shotaland I take this high responsibility on myself whenever possible!
Another amazing piece by @Lyric https://linktr.ee/lyrichal They did an absolutely fantastic job, as always!

== Lore Below ==In Shotaland all anesthesiologists are women.
Part of their education involves them taking a special oral medication
(Brand Names: "Lactathesia" and Generic: "Anbreasthetize"), which causes their breastmilk to produce a large quantity of the drug Foslactofol an orally bioavailable derivative of Propofol. Shotaland Residents often refer to Foslactofol as "Milk of Amnesia".
Anesthesiologists administer the anesthetic 15 minutes prior to a surgery or procedure that requires sedation. The drug is considered intensely euphoric from the moment of administration all the way up to sedation. It also significantly increases male vitality and arousal.
Patients often wake up. Full of energy with an increased sensitivity and arousal.
