Amazing commission done by the talented @Moderatelyashamed Absolutely love how it turned out!
== Lore Below ==In Shotaland all anesthesiologists are women.
Part of their education involves them taking a special oral medication
(Brand Names: "Lactathesia" and Generic: "Anbreasthetize"), which causes their breastmilk to produce a large quantity of the drug Foslactofol an orally bioavailable derivative of Propofol. Shotaland Residents often refer to Foslactofol as "Milk of Amnesia".
Anesthesiologists administer the anesthetic 15 minutes prior to a surgery or procedure that requires sedation. The drug is considered intensely euphoric from the moment of administration all the way up to sedation. It also significantly increases male vitality and arousal.
Patients often wake up. Full of energy with an increased sensitivity and arousal.

I went and visited the Slime village south of Shotaland the other day. They were so welcoming and insisted I stay for dinner; they absolutely would not take no for an answer. My stay ended up being much longer than I had been expecting.
Another amazing commission by @Lyric https://linktr.ee/lyrichal Love how it turned out, always surpassing my expectations.
