One of the /facepalm moments you see in online communities is when a person or group attacks or insult a different culture or people, and when they fight back, they get offended and reports them (and calls the gang to mass report and exchange more words).
This is common in online games but also in the #SocialWeb. All you can do is 🤦🏽 or 🤷🏽 or both.
Moral lesson: If you think you're entitled to attack, bully, harass, or defame another person, people/Nation, culture, language, or country, then you shouldn't complain if they return the favor.
As the #GoldenRule goes:
> Treat others as one would like others to treat them
> Do not treat others in ways that one would not like to be treated
> What one wishes upon others, they wish upon themselves
Or, religious or philosophical:
> Ma'at: Do to the doer to make him do.
> Ma'at: That which you hate to be done to you, do not do to another.
> Thales: Avoid doing what you would blame others for doing.
> Isocrates: Do not do to others that which angers you when they do it to you.
> Leviticus (book): You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against your kinsfolk. Love your neighbor as yourself
> Matthew (book): In everything do to others as you would have them do to you
> Hinduism: If the entire Dharma can be said in a few words, then it is—that which is unfavorable to us, do not do that to others.
> Confucious: What you do not wish for yourself, do not do to others.
> Yoruba: One who is going to take a pointed stick to pinch a baby bird should first try it on himself to feel how it hurts.
Or, as we Filipinos say:
> Karma!
