今天是奥尔良翅丝瓜。
主食是牛奶麦片，因为不想煲饭。
这个奥尔良翅做起来很简单，买点奥尔良粉腌制6个小时，210度10分钟就可以。
记得中途翻面，出炉的时候鸡皮表面来点蜂蜜更加好吃。

买了烧腊外卖，蜜汁叉烧还有蜜汁鸡腿。
这家在我心中是半肥瘦叉烧的天花板。
​​肥肉的胶质给它整出来，吃起来软糯焦香。
(可惜去晚了没有半肥瘦只有瘦叉了)
路过还买了菜心苗。
回家煮了个饭，叉烧是热的也不用蒸熟直接就能吃了。

在我新鲜的迷迭香死亡的第二天。
我吃上了的牛排。​​
还好我有仙剑之明炸了迷迭香蒜油。​​
买了块大概m7-9的牛小排。
还是上次烤牛排的温度。
首先先用盐，黑胡椒，油（橄榄油/没有风味的油，这里我有迷迭香蒜油我就加这个）腌制10-15分钟
空气炸锅200摄氏度13-14分钟（这是全熟的事件，11-12分左右是八分熟左右，以此往下），中间8分钟的时候翻面一次加黄油。
出来就是这个效果啦，这是我！吃过自己做的最好吃的牛排！！​​

酸菜鱼。

我买的这个调料包不是很辣，味道非常好。
买了一条桂花鱼，最好是鲈鱼但是没得卖了。让卖鱼的帮你解一下骨腩和肉分开
(好吧如果北方菜市场没有这个业务也可以自己动手，丰衣足食)
不要买冷冻的买现杀的，不然非常难吃。
回家把鱼切片。
按照调料包指示操作就可以。
虽然没有外面卖相好(广东省省兜暗示)
也没啥辣椒，但还是很好吃的。
