5 wks ago my boy Olaf received a shock cancer diagnosis – stage III/IV tonsillar squamous cell carcinoma, which comes with poor prognosis and a median survival time of ~100 days

3 wks ago an incredible surgical team removed his left tonsil, its 2 cm tumour, and 4 malignant lymph nodes the size of kiwi fruit

2 days ago we had our first consult with oncology, and based on the margins + histopathology there’s a small but real chance at definitive treatment. so we’re going to fight
