Cookie was banned from the bed because she snores so loudly it sounds like a trumpet and flugelhorn section in your ears (even with custom earplugs on). Then she was allowed on again coz I was sad that she was sick. Now she’s better and I guess I’m never getting her off the bed again (her loud snores are the rhythm of my dreams ahahaha)

Just a couple weeks after adopting Waldo from the LA Animal Shelter, he started doing this thing where he hunts for me, leans on me wherever I am & falls asleep with a small satisfied smile.
Things that people offer Cookie daily on her walks: prosciutto, char siu, ice cream, bread, hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, strawberries (she can’t eat the meats anymore due to her digestive issues and I’ve sadly had to decline a lot of this on her behalf, unknown to her). They say the dog you get is one that reflects your personality, so.. and yes, people do try to feed me too.
You never hear about people sending unsolicited dog pics. I'm changing that.
