Speaking of tofu, Pailin from Hot Thai Kitchen has a banger tofu episode in which she lets loose several tofu rants I agree with:
- in most of Asia, tofu isn’t a meat alternative
- tofu is often cooked with non veg items
- people who try to ‘make it like chicken / steak’ have no idea what they’re doing
- if you think tofu is horrible, I’m sorry you’ve not had great tofu and tofu dishes

Have fruit or berries left over that are about to turn bad? Cut them & freeze them (just pack them into a freezer bag or box & don't worry).
At a later point, get them out of the freezer, add them to a pot, heat & cook on low flame until turned into a lovely compote. No extra water or sugar necessary. I tend to always have apples as a basis, but otherwise is whatever I can find in the freezer.
Enjoy hot or lukewarm (warm up in microwave for a minute).
Making a new batch of chili beans. These have been on since early afternoon. There was most of that last batch left, and I took them to a friend who was working, had to feed four when they got home, and had no idea what they were going fix. Woke from a nap to a text saying how much they loved them. 🙂

茶叶5克(比较推荐锡兰一类的红茶,我用的是fortnum mason的breakfast blend)水330ml、四块方糖、110克三花淡奶
把茶叶放进水里煮十分钟,加入糖之后再放三花淡奶就好啦
我放的糖和奶比较多 不喜欢甜味的话也可以少放点喔
