She didn't eat last night, no matter what food was on offer, or drink water, and seemed lethargic and distant—sleeping in unusual places.I carried Charlene to bed with me very late and got little sleep.I stroked her and whispered loving words I hoped would help.Was she constipated? 🤷‍♂️She ate kibble about 2:00 this afternoon, visited her box, drank water and slept on the couch, one of three favorite spots. A half-hour ago, she woke and sat beside her bowl, making eye contact. That's Charlene's "Can I haz food?" signal to me.She ate, pooped, drank water then jumped onto the windowsill for a look around outside. Now, Charlene's asleep on the couch again. ❤️ <a href="/tags/catsofmastodon/" rel="tag">#CatsOfMastodon</a>
