Mr. Laffy and I just had lunch with some friends here in #Canada, and they told us of 2 separate incidents at the border (coming into the US)--- white people who they know personally-- where the border officials demanded to know who the people supported politically. Oh, not Trump? They refused them entry, told them they couldn't come in for 5 years.

碰到过一个不负责任的租客（漏水不管、拖欠租金）导致某月收到了800+水电费单（平时是200左右），租客连租金都不交了就更别指望他们交水电费了。
提醒我漏水的是水电公司，打电话说看 bill 高得异常，提醒我修了之后找他们申请退款，说一年有一次机会为漏水申请退款。我找师傅修好后打电话过去，客服提醒我说因为一年机会只有一次，第二个月的账单里可能还会有漏水时期的用量，建议我多等一个月。
我多等了一个月，再打电话过去，说已经恢复到她们觉得合理的用量了，给我申请了退款。
不是水电公司提醒我根本不会知道原来租客/业主自己的问题导致的漏水也可以申请退一次的……不知道是个别现象还是行业平均，总之分享一下
