A picture taken in Golden Gate Park last week... showing a little girl on very brightly colored, teal and purple bicycle with colored streamers hanging from the handlebars. The little girl has paused long enough to read some words stenciled onto the sidewalk of the park. The words say NO BICYCLES / SKATING and KEEP DOGS ON LEASHES.

The girl don't care. The girl is ungovernable.
