With the war escalating, I warn against ending or restricting temporary protection for 4.3M+ displaced Ukrainians. #CouncilOfEurope states should:
🔹Ensure continuity of protection w/o discrimination
🔹Maintain support
🔹Uphold access to individual asylum assessments
🔹Plan for dignified returns
