Judge Kaplan has at least entered judgment in the second Carroll trial. That starts the clock for #Trump's post-trial motions and for him to post a bond.
Specifically, federal rules governing civil cases stay a plaintiff's execution on a judgment for 30 days after the entry of judgment, which effectively means he has 30 days to provide a bond or other security to lengthen that stay pending an appeal

If you break this story down, what does it tell us about #Trump?
1. He’s a bully who likes to frighten people with his power
2. He is completely indifferent to starting WW3
3. He’s happy to encourage Russian aggression (to what extent did Putin influence Trump’s 2016 victory?)
4. He’s a hypocrite. He personally doesn’t pay bills, but expects to charge others top whack.

The big story should be that a Republican prosecutor didn’t find grounds to charge Biden and inserted gratuitous commentary that aligns with GOP talking-points during an election year in an attempt to influence the outcome. That should really be a huge scandal. #Election2024 #biden #trump

1 reason why #Trump's comments about abandoning #NATO matter are, 1st & foremost, bc he ordered GOP to abandon #Ukraine which virtually all near-Ukraine allies think makes them next
He is, in front of our faces, delivering Ukraine up to Putin as a gift.
