The NJ senate and assembly are trying to rush a bad bill through that would make all low-speed e-bikes “motorized bicycles”. They want to do away with the class 1/2/3 system and require a drivers license, insurance, and registration for all e-bikes.

I'm developing a very simple web app that allows someone to track train arrival times, including features:
- all local storage
- add a station to favorites
- indicates new red line trains
There's an app on iOS doing this, but no simple one on android as far as I know. A web app works very well for this simple thing.
I also plan to add a page showing locations of trains for a certain line / direction.

My first ever little web app is live!
Trackmbta.app is a web app that can be "installed" on mobile devices. Like its name, it tracks MBTA trains so you can be smarter for your trips!
Features are:
- Live count down
- Live location of trains on the map (just in case you're curious where that damn train is that you're waiting forever...)
- Save your favorite stations locally for quick access
This web app cuts all the bullshit:
- No permission asked
- No data collected from you
If you are a red line commuter and see a ✨ on the app, you probably already know what it means! Those shiny new trains!

My 7-year-old is on the spectrum and is a HUUGE fan of trains, specifically the New York City subway system.
Lately, he's feeling different from the other kids at school, none of whom love trains.
If that sounds like a kid you know, maybe they can become pen pals with my little guy.

The T should use some space of large stations (for example the concourse at DTX) to hold T(ea) ☕️dance once a month or so and sell tickets and booze to raise more money 💰

Some days I think about how I recently saw a guy in crisis, tweaking out in the bus. He was screaming really loudly. Most people avoided him. A big dude told him to shut TF up. The guy started crying. The big dude asked, do you need a hug? And gave him some money and told him where to go get food.
Buses connect people. Sometimes the inconvenience and grit looks like a lot, but as a forever rider of buses everywhere (I like them more than trains), I have no shortage of amazing human stories I’ve witnessed in buses the world over.
