Update on #TheCanadian Maple theme & Mastodon v4.6.0:

I was missing our colours so I've added a lighter version of the Maple theme. It's just colours and some logo treatment. 🙏

If anyone spots any issues, please feel free to let me know!

Tangerine UI will no longer be supported moving forward. As a result, I've removed these theme options from our system. 🥲
