As a kid, you go to the beach and after a swim, you get the idea that the sand around you could be something else, so you start to form it into shapes. Then, other kids come along and they help you. Before you know it, you have created a castle together. Then, you start to create something else but suddenly an angry foot comes along and kicks it all down because the foot doesn't get it and its only way to cope is to destroy whatever it doesn't understand.

Air Force Thunderbirds
I recently took in an air show at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield California featuring the US Air Force Thunderbirds. They are always a thrill to watch and this was the first time that they have flown in the area in three years.
The Thunderbirds fly to support recruitment and reinforce public confidence in the Air Force among other things.
