A complex tangle of flowering prickly pear cacti and succulent plants set against the pale yellow siding of a San Francisco home. The top half of the photo is blank sky with only a few metal vent pipes and the tops of the plants/tree interrupting slightly. A very fun photo of an adorable pink pig with green boots statue standing in front of two red-topped mushroom plushies. The photo was taken into a storefront window, showing the insides of the store but also reflections from across the street—making the scene almost psychedelic-looking. Everywhere you look it’s filled with all sorts of fantastical objects green mossy grass? A bicycle cart filled with blue flowers, green hedges with big pink roses, multi-colored beaded curtains, and in the background some tall San Francisco-style multi-story residences and shops with palm trees and blue skies with big puffy white clouds. It’s a visual kaleidoscope of colors and themes. It makes me very happy. This was taken on Doc Pop’s recent #pixelwalk in the Mission District of San Francisco on March 1, 1025.
