Today I sorted hundreds of photos taken in the past 2 months of black bears during the salmon run, which is not over yet by the way. So this is kind of a warning that I am going to post a lot of bear photos in the coming days... 😁

While staying at Hurricane Ridge few days ago, we noticed these dramatic "pyrocumulus clouds" rolling over the Olympic Mountains and tracked their developments into the evening.They’re caused by the Bear Gulch wildfires near Lake Cushman at the Olympic National Park in WA state:  as the warm, moist air rises, it cools and condenses, forming these dramatic clouds.
