This book isn't a magic cure, it isn't a simple fix, it's a collection of tools for you to spring board off of into your own research, or to revisit (as I plan to) when you need a good reminder of how to help yourself during emotional distress.</p><p><a href="/tags/neodb/" rel="tag">#neodb</a></p>
