Rashist money bought a lot of foreign B-listers, but not much of a movie.</p><p>Mark Dacascos at least enjoys himself hamming it up as an "evil Jean-Claude Van Johnson", a fading martial arts star who has become a hitman with a penchant for terrible disguises & accents. I'd pay to see him in "Shaolin Cop"!</p><p>Kelly Hu gorgeous & confident, but we never got a fight with her & Mark.</p><p>Alexander Nevsky shows all the charisma of a block of wood.</p><p>Tom Arnold, Eric Roberts, Danny Trejo, Bai Ling, Matthias Hues & Billy Baldwin showed up to collect their cheques.
