Listening to Schmaltz by Spanish Love Songs

Rated Master of Reality 10/10
People always talk about the first four Sabbath albums, and while I'm not doing Vol 4 down, this is clearly the peak, as far as I'm concerned, mainly down to the absolutely monstrous sound of it, which leaves Vol 4 sounding a little anemic, in comparison. But then I may just be biased due to the fact that at least half of the albums I own are trying to sound exactly like this one.

Listening to Carteras Chinas by ELENA ROSE, Camilo, Los Ángeles Azules
Listening to In Search of Hades: The Virgin Recordings 1973–1979 by Tangerine Dream
Rated No More Heroes 5/10
Such a weird album, sounds incredible, great title track, but some of the lyrics (Bring on the Nubiles being the worst of them) are just pure Yewtree, and more than a bit grim.
Rated Highway to Hell 10/10
Damn I wish we could have had ten more Bon Scott albums

Music Mood. Also still trying to find my Mastodon vibe. Let's share some European summer bops. 10 countries, 10 genres. All unexpected (hopefully).
I'd love for anyone to add their own to the list.
(also, I really wish we had a better platform than youtube, but it’s the only thing anyone can access and where all the content’s at.)

Probass ∆ Hardi – Viter ta Iskra.
Let's start with Ukraine. Just released but it gives millennial turn of the century lounge vibes. I am in awe of the Ukrainians. Fighting not just for their country but for Europe, in the meantime life goes on and even the music keeps coming.

I'm going to post the full text of #Macklemore's response to his cancellation from #EdSheeran's tour
I'm not going to editorialize. I'm not going to provide context- you can search the news
I think it's important because he doesn't get angry. He doesn't burn bridges
And he doesn't back down from a clear moral stance. He's generous and even-handed
Effective communication on an important topic

Rated Deep Purple in Rock 7/10
Bought this on vinyl from the first record store I hit once I got a record player, mainly because I was vaguely aware of it and the cover was cool. It's a perfectly fine bit of 70's rock but I can't say it gets taken down from the shelf all that often.

Rated On My Way to Where 7/10
Pretty decent folk pop with a monstrously cutting edge. If you ever want to hear what someone being murdered with a song sounds like, check out Beware of Young Girls, her takedown of Mia Farrow and her husband André, which might be the most brutal 'diss track' ever recorded.
