I was at the 2026 Berklee College of Music Commencement Concert tonight because my daughter is graduating.
Jacob Collier was one of the artists celebrated, and he performed. He's famous for getting the audience to sing along, and I have to tell you, being in a stadium full of musicians in the audience made what he did here sound pretty amazing. It was possibly the best crowd ever for it.

Edit: I just realized you can't hear the audience on the video 👎

For those who enjoy #Bluegrass and #FolkMusic - I wrote an essay on #NordicFolkMusic for a Bluegrass-loving friend of mine. It’s full of links to a bunch of my favorite #ScandinavianMusic groups, songs and shoutouts to unique instruments like the Nykelharpa, the Hardanger Fiddle and the Hurdy Gurdy - as well as nods to ethnic (Sami) folk, pagan folk and polka. If you like the vibe of folk music and you don’t mind the obsessive ravings of an amateur #EthnoMusicolgy afficionado, you may enjoy the read. Hit the links, cause I know you’ll enjoy the #Music. https://docs.google.com/document/d/151G-Wg623iFVeSATyQZlJ0CyHxJpBN3wl0D1VQHsN5M/edit?usp=drivesdk [shared Google Doc]

Thought i'd give the #fediverse another go. I'm an #occupationaltherapist living in #cornwall. I work in #mentalhealth and also do #autism assessments. I'm a keen amateur photographer mostly taking photos with my phone at the moment. I'd love to connect with people on here. My interests are #photography #music #reading #books #walking #countryside #nature #mentalhealth #autism #adhd #neurodivergence #scandinavia #dogs #animals #antifascist #environment

Listening to Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded by Rihanna
#ThePlaylist has stalked into your podcast feed, eyeing up your car to see what it can pull off, because the theme this week is:
Monkey Man
Two hours of SWINGING tunes, all set and ready to get you shaking your (bright red) arses. Not all of the songs are about monkeys though. Some are about apes, great and otherwise. But we’ll overlook that.
#TheArchive - https://djdarren.site/archive/podcast/theplaylist-103-monkey-man/

Listen! Enjoy! Tell all your friend!

and the cue this week is:
“Where is my #mind?”
Today’s submission is one of my own tracks. It was written in my early twenties. The #music was inspired by Nirvana, and the lyrics speak about undiagnosed #ADHD in a time before I’d ever heard the term.
This is the demo version of the song that bookends my #album “Pronounced Jar”. On the album, the first part of the song is the beginning of the album, and the end of the song finishes the album. All other #Dgar songs live within this province of my mind.
This is:
