Rated Back to the Future 10/10
If there is such a thing as a perfect movie, "Back to the Future" is it. The theme tune alone is instant chills. I remember watching this in the cinema, and the ending was my first experience of the concept of a cliffhanger. Living in Norway, the movie was already a few years behind the US, and we had to wait three years until BTTF2 came out. I was first in line for it on its premiere.

I was really looking forward to this, and the actual movie was a letdown. A promising concept, great actors, but ultimately the movie was let down by a messy script, unclear direction and a confusing tone which was neither fish nor fowl.
