室友 #龙日二 上次招待朋友吃了这家法餐赞不绝口,这次我也尝尝,确实不错,就是菜单更新过,她想吃的一些菜没了。比较贵(她食量普通吃撑了,我食量较大而且不吃午饭,加 15% 小费人均 130 加币),好在分量小,可以多尝几样
上次服务员等她们吃完一样才上下一样,结果吃了三个小时。这次我交代了服务员做好就上,最后一个半小时搞定。小插曲:服务员表示懂我意思,又说了一句会一起上。她走了我发现不对,叫她过来强调做好就上,别等,她说因为会一起做好,所以就是会一起上。我是不怎么怎么操作,但确实一起上来了。不排除是因为开业我们就来了,厨房还不那么忙?
最喜欢的是番茄 #沙拉。我本来就喜欢 #番茄,加上 #布拉塔 更喜欢了。菜单写得很复杂(burrata, basil, harissa mayonaise, croutons, strawberries),但对我来说,什么技法、调料都不如几种番茄融合的美味
第二喜欢的是鸭胸 & 鹅肝。#鹅肝 我只是第二次吃,比第一次好吃,完全不腻,没再让我费解这玩意怎么这么受欢迎,还能卖大价钱。#鸭胸 有点果冻口感。这道菜最不可思议的是,把 #羽衣甘蓝 做得很好吃。好笑的是,我当时以为是韭菜,刚查菜单才发现真相。所以这玩意要好吃就只能……
#鞑靼牛肉 没什么问题也没什么特色。有评论说接受不了上面的生蘑菇,但我根本没吃出味道。机会难得的话点了不吃亏,但不是非这家不可
我不算喜欢 #佛卡夏,也没吃出评论描述的惊艳,但 #辣酱 很香,有点墨西哥菜、冬阴功的那种邪性
