I think I just found my first ever Monarch chrysalis. I could cry it’s so beautiful. 🥹

Looks like it could be a day or two away from beginning to emerge.

This morning I knew this chrysalis was about to be ready. Went for an hour for a walk, came back, and there is a new Monarch 🦋 😍. Still has to let the wings dry and unfold.
Always in wonder how this large butterfly fits into the small bag.
