Every Wednesday, PJ and I walk past the Home Depot on Sunset here in Hollywood, greeting the folks standing outside, looking for work or selling food. To the point where we recognize many of them, and they recognize us.

ICE raided our Home Depot this morning.

A bunch of bullies, a waste of money, and a waste of time, to fill arbitrary quotas to appease white nationalists like Stephen Miller. I feel less safe with ICE running around, not more safe.

#JDVance is traveling to #LosAngeles Friday to meet w/ #Marines & visit federal command centers.

Vance’s office did not release a reason for his visit. But #LA has been the epicenter of #protests against the #Trump admin’s #MassDeportation ops.

Trump deployed #NationalGuard troops to LA this month in response to the protests. #California sued for a #TRO to stop the deployment, but a federal appeals court ruled in Trump’s favor Thurs night while litigation continues.

#Trump sues #LosAngeles over #immigration enforcement

Trump's admin sued LA on Monday over policies limiting city cooperation w/federal immigration authorities, continuing a confrontation over Trump's #deportation efforts in the largely #Democratic city.
