Das #Ubuntu-Projekt wird stolze 20 Jahre alt - ein guter Grund zu feiern! 2004 hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, ein Betriebssystem zu werden, das von allen benutzt werden kann und hat somit viel für die Verbreitung von #Linux auf dem Desktop getan. Neben der frühen Geschichte des Projekts besprechen wir auch zahlreiche Highlights vergangener Versionen, zwischenzeitlich vergessene Software und natürlich unsere persönlichen Anekdoten.
Kann jemand mit einem Mac von 2012 was anfangen. Wird ausgemustert, läuft aber noch. Updates gibt es wohl eher nicht mehr, wäre vielleicht was für #Linux .
Wenn der Rechner nicht im Bildschirm eingebaut wäre, würd' ich den Bildschirm glatt behalten. Sieht immer noch top aus, das Bild.

Has anyone using Davinci Resolve 20 in LinuxMint experienced this? When I try to render anything, even a 10 second clip without any grading, it takes hours, which makes it unusable. I'm going to roll back to 19 for now, but I wonder if anyone has a fix? It's not hardware related, or drivers, as other software render fine and DR19 still on Win10 in the machine renders fine. I have seen some people having the same problems online but no solution.

I've been hacking the radio in my 2013 Subaru Outback, here's what I've found so far:
- It runs on Windows CE 5.0
- The main GUI is powered by a single HUGE Adobe Flash program (ActionScript!)
- The CPU is a 32bit SuperH SH-4A architecture (SH7780) running at 500MHz
- There's a custom ASIC on board which appears to multiplex access to SDRAM?
- The Bluetooth module (CK5050+) runs Linux and is likely more powerful than the main CPU lol
