An eighth grader at Eastmark High School in the Queen Creek Unified School District was removed from basketball tryouts. The school said he can only play on the girls team all because of a paperwork mistake made 14 years ago.
Senator Ed Markey made a powerful statement at the No Kings event in Boston.
He wore a trans pride flag around his neck like a scarf and said:
