Jumbo is a Chippiparai, a real Tamil Nadu sighthound breed bred to hunt boar and hare. He also spent three years surviving Auroville's streets. Both true of the same dog.
Neutered, vaccinated, healthy, makes friends with every person and animal he meets, no hesitation. Grown street dogs are the hardest placement in Indian rescue: everyone wants the puppy. Jumbo needs someone willing to take a confident 3-year-old instead.
