Thompson said in a statement: “ICE officials have told us that an apparent biometric match by Mobile Fortify is a ‘definitive’ determination of a person’s status and that an ICE officer may ignore evidence of American citizenship — including a birth certificate — if the app says the person is an alien.

Blind refugee abandoned by Border Patrol is dead
Nurul Amin Shah Alam, a Rohingya refugee from Burma, was nearly blind and spoke no English. He was dropped off by agents in Buffalo on the other side of town from his home. His family was not notified of his release. Police are investigating.
"...After taking custody of Shah Alam, Border Patrol agents dropped him off at a Tim Hortons on Niagara Street in the Black Rock neighborhood, Macaluso said, shortly after 8 p.m. Shah Alam and his family live in the Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood on the East Side, according to Fazal.... Instead, Macaluso and Shah Alam’s family spent Friday through Sunday searching for him. Macaluso opened a missing persons case with Buffalo police on Sunday, he said.
As Investigative Post reported Tuesday, Special Victims Unit detective Richard Hy closed the case for several hours Monday in the mistaken belief Shah Alam was in custody at ICE’s detention facility in Batavia. The case was subsequently reopened."

DALLAS FUCKING TEXAS city council just voted unanimously to reject a $25 million package from #ICE requiring Dallas PD to arrest 50 immigrants per day.
As a reminder, Texas is not a red state. There are more registered Democrats than Republicans in Texas. This is why Bishop William Barber says the states of the South in general should not be called "red." They are rigged.
ICE just lost in court in Chicago.
A judge literally had to order that ICE:
- provide three edable meals per person per day
- actually supply basic ass things like soap, tooth paste and menstral products
- provide people adequate water to drink, free of charge
Bruh, if ICE has to be told in court to do the BARE minimum to keep detainees alive its not a prison, its a concentration camp.
