As Noah Berlatsky reports, Green Party voters have long pretended that they really believe their candidate can win. Now they're saying the quiet part out loud: They actually want to HELP Donald Trump and defeat Kamala Harris.
One of their key leaders just said this out loud in Michigan with Jill Stein on the stage.

So yesterday I got elected as the new #GreenParty councillor for Old Moat in Manchester. 💚
I genuinely didn’t expect this, thinking that I’d come a good second, but as it turned out I ended up with a majority of 640.
I’m suddenly part of a group of 21 Green Councillors, an amazing team to work with. Really hoping I can be a force for good, and open many cans of worms! 🪱

I’m sitting behind Krishnan Gurumurthy at the #GreenParty local election launch. In 2022 we had almost no press. Now we have everyone from Novara media to the Daily Mail.
A minor political earthquake shook #Kent this morning after the #GreenParty defied expectations to snatch victory at a crunch by-election.
The Greens’ decisive win in the #Cliftonville division of Kent County Council (#KCC) came after an intense two month campaign into which four of the main parties threw huge resources
For #Reform UK, it was the first by-election to be fought since their massive victory at KCC last year and was regarded as a “must win”
But they did not win.
They failed.

New book about 30 years of the Green Party in Taiwan (綠黨在台灣：第一個三十年). The book was written by Dafydd Fell, Peng Yen-wen, and Wang Yen-han. It includes a couple of photos by me.
The new book complements the English language book written by Dafydd Fell in 2021 which covers the first 25 years of the Green Party in Taiwan.
