Weekly status update (2024-12-14)
Current stats:

Future updates:
The next 3 parts of the library are being worked on at the same time; the idea is that this way updates will feature fewer cosplayers each but more new sets per cosplayer.
The new content after the last deduping pass amounts to about 700 out of 900 GB (3 parts x 300 GB each); this includes:
95 new cosplayers
new sets for 322 cosplayers already featured on previous parts
6 major cosplayer updates/overhauls (30GB+)
Current status:
currently doing another deduplication pass before i start formatting the sets
i'll also be adding about 15-20k new images to the bot soon, given the stuff being added the posts will become slightly more NSFW on average (still no plans to include nudity though)

Nothing interesting this time, mostly upkeep and prep work for future stuff.
Cosplaybot
Some backend stuff has been changed in order to better accommodate future functionality; as a side effect, some edge cases have been ironed out. If everything went well, these changes should go unnoticed.
Cosplay photo library
Work on V3 of the library is still ongoing; as usual, new stuff is being added to the queue as I work on what I have; progress is being made nonetheless.
Future updates:
If nothing goes wrong, the next update should be the first part of V3 (it will take a while); this would be a test to see if it can get a propagation similar to V2 in order to ensure its viability before committing to it.
