This is the new house special lunch at our house. Avocado toast on multigrain with egg slices, quick pickled red onion and everything bagel seasoning. With pre-boiled eggs it is so fast, so pretty, so delicious. I learned I could put thin slices of red onion in a cup in the microwave with a pinch of sugar and a little red wine vinegar and get perfect results in 2 minutes. #food #foodporn #lunch
