I'm very pleased to have been placed third in this year's adult National Flash Fiction Day competition among such strong stories - congratulations to the winners and placegetters, and thanks to the judges and organisers, and especially to Constance Phua for pushing me to enter this year, as well as organising the Te Whanganui-a-Tara event last night. Great to see Mark Blackham and other The Cuba Press and Mākaro Press authors doing well, too!
