What's FediZineFest? You can read all about it at https://fedizinefest.fyi/ or here's the tl;dr:
a bunch of artists send me zines. a bunch of backers pay for zines. a deluge of zines arrives at my door (and digital zines arrive in a shared drive), and i repackage them all to send back out to artists and backers! the money is split between artists.
